Every flat has two bedrooms, the bath with the washing machine, the kitchen, a large veranda and a nice garden or a balcony large about 30 mt. Everyone has indipendent entrance, conditioned air, tv, several victuals, a good water supplies with autoclave, a good propane gas supplies with buried container, some bicycle-carriers and two bikes, other cold-warm water showers positioned outside. We are about 500 mt. from the sea and nearest the port and the country center, however immersed in the green of the pine-forest.
